Thank you for shopping with Provenance Arts. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Shipping policy

Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Made to order

• Ready-made designs are carved and hand-finished after you order and ship within 1 week unless otherwise specified.
• Custom commissions ship within 2–3 weeks after you approve your design proof unless otherwise specified.

If we expect any delay, we'll email you right away.

Packaging & delivery
Each piece is carefully wrapped and boxed to protect the carving, and every order ships fully insured with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged in transit
If your piece arrives damaged, we'll replace it at no cost. Please email photos of the piece and packaging to studio@provenancearts.com within 48 hours of delivery and keep the packaging until your claim is settled.
